@knifeforkbook @bookthug @LawandLit @RicksKensington @itsakirby – I’ll certainly be back soon. Thank you so much for giving poetry a home.

Yes, there’s plenty of things to say goodbye to 2016. But, we have dozens, (if not hundreds), of reasons to be thankful.
The real story? Since we’ve opened in early October, there hasn’t been a single day without a poet, an aspiring poet, a reader/lover of poetry coming in to browse, introduce themselves, drop off copies of their books, uncover a find, hear/read poetry aloud, purchase a treasure.
“A new poetry bookshop has opened in Toronto.”
To Rick, and Rick’s Cafe, Bri-Bri, Drew, Isobel, Dylan, Nathan, Bernard, the boys Leo & Joseph, my older brother Rick, Hoa, the extraordinary people and merchants in Kensington Market, our ‘regs.’ Thank you.
To 2017. Not a single day without. knife | fork | book
