Poet’s know. KFB.

Woke up this morning to this brilliant thread by poet NIKKI SHEPPY, a photo essay that not only encourages poets/readers to take advantage of the final day of our MASSIVE MOVING SALE (Today 1-5PM), she captures the core of what makes KFB an essential place like no other: the riches of poetry to be found here.

Our greatest joy is to see poets pour and comb over everything we carry and hold dear here, our glorious inventory of “finds.” And find they do.

This is what distinguishes KFB from any other bookstore, we’re a poetry destination. Small and mighty. We don’t have everything, we’ll gladly order for you (we mail order, too!) and we happily refer readers to other great independents in the city.
